The JBG Companies’ two buildings were completed late 2007! Waterview development is a one million square-foot project that includes a 24-story, three-tiered office building, owned by the Paramount Group and occupied by the Corporate Executive Board. The 600,000 square feet of office space, was occupied in early 2008.
 
The second 30-story tower is home to the 154 Hotel Palomar and 133 luxury condominium residences. The two towers are joined by public terrace on the fourth-floor featuring sweeping views of Georgetown and the National Cathedral corridor, and a destination restaurant, Domaso.
