This By-Right redevelopment consolidates nearly all of the Rosslyn block at Clarendon Blvd. and Pierce St.  The development consists of two brick buildings, the 52 unit "Wooster" and the 35 unit "Mercer."
 
The five-story buildings are joined by a private outdoor amenity area and existing mature trees.  Developed as "loft" style condominiums, the spacious units provide exposed brick and duct work, and have 10 - 21 ft. ceilings.  Features include luxury, high-end interior materials, as well as some "charm," such as brick salvaged from an historic building in Washington DC.
 
The development boasts a concierge, fitness room and pool, as well as an underground parking garage. The two buildings are separated on Pierce St. by an existing traditional modest brick house, which was not part of the consolidation.
