The Holladay Corporation has redeveloped a 1.43 acre used car lot into a mixed-use four-story project with 153 condo units, including five affordable units, and 6,250 sq. ft. of ground floor retail along Wilson Blvd.
 
The project is located across from the Colonial Village shopping center on Wilson Blvd.  It provides underground parking as well as a corner plaza, which includes a public art sculpture, "Helix," and crosswalk improvements.
 
Cafe Assorti will be the new restaurant in the plaza retail space. The opening is expected by the end of 2008.
 
Nearly all units have been sold, with a few live/work units still available.
