Rosslyn Renaissance
Founded in 1991, Rosslyn Renaissance (RR) is a public/private partnership of residential, commercial, cultural and government communities working together to make the greater Rosslyn area a distinctive urban environment through a focus on urban design and development.
In 2001, Rosslyn property owners affiliated with Rosslyn Renaissance worked with the local business community and Arlington County government to create another economic development tool — a business improvement district. Today, the BID runs a number of community events initiated by RR.
Now, working closely with Arlington County government staff, RR helps implement the vision of the Rosslyn Station Area Plan Addendum, a master plan approved by the County Board in 1992. With the guidance of its professionally-staffed Urban Design Committee, RR is involved in the review and refinement of all major development projects in Rosslyn. Recent projects include:

| • 1812 N. Moore Street • Central Place • 1776 Wilson Boulevard • Gaslight Square • Metro Elevators • Sedona & Slate |
