Rosslyn BID Receives 2011 Merit Award from the International Downtown Association for publication of ROSSLYN Magazine
Rosslyn, VA -During its September annual conference in Charlotte, N.C., the International Downtown Association (IDA) recognized the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) with a Downtown Merit Award for the excellence of its publication, ROSSLYN magazine.
The Rosslyn BID was among eleven qualified entries in the Marketing and Communication category. This category highlights plans or strategies that use print, electronic media, or multimedia efforts to promote downtown and further the value of city centers.
“The Rosslyn BID is delighted to be recognized by IDA for our signature marketing piece, ROSSLYN magazine,” said Rosslyn BID Executive Director Cecilia Cassidy. “Over the past five years, the magazine has evolved to become the centerpiece of our communications strategy.”
