Santa Fe Cafe is hosting it's 21st Annual Hatch Green Chile Festival featuring some of the best chiles around. These green chiles are specially grown in Hatch, New Mexico and shipped fresh to Rosslyn, where they are roasted and peeled at Santa Fe Cafe. Several menu options offer the zesty chiles and are available through the harvest season, usually mid-October.
