Culinaire Offers New Dinner-Only Menu

Culinaire offers a new dinner-only menu for the summer quarter beginning Monday, July 19, 2010. Culinaire Restaurant is a student-operated dining lab of The Culinary Arts program of the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Washington, located at 1820 North Fort Myer Drive.

Culinaire will be open Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Last seating is at 8:45 p.m. The menu will include: appetizers, main courses and desserts with mouth-watering selections as: Spring Green Salad, Baked Stuff Mushrooms, Polenta Lasagna, Seared Duck Breast, Petit Pistachio Cheesecake and Gelato. The restaurant is open to the public. Employees of The Art Institute of Washington are granted a 10% discount on food items only. Reservations are strongly suggested. Only credit cards are accepted.
