A new preschool has opened in Rosslyn at 1121 Arlington Boulevard, Suite L3 in River Place North. Mantle of Elijah 
Christian Preparatory Academy (MOECA) is holding an open house the week of August 16 - 20 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The school offers half and full day preschool programs year-round for children ages 2 1/2 - 5 years old, as well as before and after school programs for K-5 students.
