Bistro Blends of Napa Valley, Inc. was established in 1997. The company imports naturally prepared barrel-aged balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy and selected exotic olive oils from Spain. Their products are carefully prepared, manufactured, bottled and shipped from Napa, California.

Grace’s Pastries - Herndon, VA
Grace Kumah Banahene started Grace’s Pastries of Herndon, Virginia in 1987. Her cozy shop offers delicious bakery items, as well as gourmet foods. Grace also sells her featured breads, cookies and other fine baked goods at farmers markets and festivals throughout the northern Virginia and D.C. area.

Guata-Java sells premium, specialty coffee from Guatemala. The coffee comes from Coffea Roastery, a coffee plantation and roastery located in Coban, Guatemala that has been in the Solares family for 3 generations. The coffee beans are Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), the highest grade of Guatemalan coffee and a variation of Arabica. They are selected and hand picked, dried naturally in the sun and roasted in the same harvest year.

Valdez Brothers - Colonial Beach, VA
Lucas Valdez has been farming 20 acres in Montross, Virginia, on the Eastern Shore for about eight years. His extended family is involved with the farm, including his cousin Juan Flores who comes to the Rosslyn market. Valdez Brothers sell their vegetables at farmers markets all over Virginia.
