Santa Fe Cafe participates in this month's "Local Foods, Local Chefs" event, held countywide through Friday, October 15th. Santa Fe Cafe will feature a complete entree composed entirely of foods purchased from local farmers, farmers markets or the owner's personal garden. This week's feature is country short ribs of beef, braised in green chiles from the Smithonian's American Indian Museum garden. Sides include carrots and portabellas, mashed baby potatoes and turnips. The meal is $19.95 per person.
