1101 Lee Highway, Residential Site Plan, SP #394

This site plan has been revised and now includes a 10-story building (reduced from 16 stories) containing 70 units. This site is a vacant property located in Rosslyn also known as the Schlafman site. This proposal also includes a request to rezone the site from “S-3A” to “C-O-2.5”. The applicant requested to amend the GLUP from Public to potentially “Medium” Office-Apartment-Hotel. The item was heard at the January 27, 2007 County Board hearing. The Board adopted the County Manager’s recommendations:

1. Adopt a revised GLUP, “Low” Office-Apartment-Hotel
2. Adopt a re-zoning of the property to C-O-1.0.
3. Deny the site plan for a 70-unit residential building.
