The Metrorail takes visitors from the Rosslyn Metro Station to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) Metro Station via the Silver Line Train toward Ashburn. Upon arriving to the Dulles station, follow sign to the underground walkway, which features moving sidewalks. This is your most direct public transit option and reliably gets you to the airport in approximately 50 minutes.
The fare is $6.00 during peak hours, $3.85 during off-peak, and $2.00 on weekends, payable by SmarTrip.
