A New Form of PDA: Rosslyn LOVE!

Share your love and gratitude with a message displayed on temporary murals in Rosslyn!

WHAT: This Valentine’s Day, the Rosslyn BID wants to help you show some love and gratitude! Rosslyn Love is a community-wide activity where you can share your appreciation for your friends, family, coworkers, significant other or even your favorite local business! Now through February 1, participants can submit a message to be displayed on five temporary murals on Wilson Boulevard outside of the upcoming Highlands development. The murals will be installed on February 8 and will be up through the end of the month for the entire neighborhood to see!

The temporary murals will be displayed at Rosslyn’s forthcoming mixed-use development from Penzance, The Highlands, which will deliver new over 700 new homes, street-level retail, a new public park, and a renovated firehouse to the neighborhood this year.

Rosslyn Love is part of Rossolutions Wellness, a series of free virtual workshops and activities to kickstart 2021 with inclusive wellness — physical, mental and social. WHEN/WHERE:

  • Message Submission: Message submission is now closed. After the murals are installed on February 8, additional messages can be submitted by social media using #RosslynLove until Valentine’s Day. Those messages will be added a few days after.

    HOW: The Rosslyn BID will try to include every message submitted so long as they meet the following qualifications:

    • No profanity or other inappropriate language
    • 200 characters or less
    • Please add your first name and last initial as well as your recipient’s first name and last initial to identify your message! If you’d like to let your recipient know about your message, please submit their email address.
