The 300-foot Turnberry Tower will have 247 condo units, ranging in price from $800,000 to $7 million. Community benefits include a $2.2 million contribution to the County’s Affordable Housing Fund, a $200,000. public art program, as well as upgrades to the Colonial Terrace staircase and Nash Street and Lee Highway streetscapes, and undergrounding of utility poles. The project provides 419 parking spaces and 209 bicycle/storage units. The project has been under construction since early 2007, and the top floor was poured September 18th when construction crews celebrated the "topping-out". The project's completion is expected mid - 2009.
