A Walk in the Park

With ample green space and works of public art, Rosslyn is a lovely place for a stroll. The neighborhood’s largest green space is the three-acre Gateway Park, featuring an ornamental garden, amphitheater and the largest sandbox in Arlington County.

Gateway Park is the site of numerous events throughout the year, including the outdoor Rosslyn Cinema movie festival in the summer and the world-class Rosslyn Jazz Festival each September.

For patrons of the arts, be sure to visit The Rosslyn Spectrum, the neighborhood’s performing arts venue, which regularly hosts the internationally acclaimed National Chamber Ensemble, film screenings, dance performances and more.
