With convenient public transportation, fine dining, diverse entertainment and strong sense of community, it is no surprise that Rosslyn is the popular place to call home for young professionals, families and empty nesters alike. It all adds to the liveliness and diversity of the neighborhood.
More than 9,000 people rent or own in Rosslyn, and that number continues to grow every day. Nearly 600 new housing units have opened in the last year and more than 500 more are under construction. Of these, 9.5% will be “affordable”. Developers have also contributed $7,989,608 to Arlington County’s Affordable Housing fund as a community benefit since 2005.
Congratulations to our Rosslyn survey prize winners, chosen through a random drawing of survey respondents.

The Rosslyn Business Improvement District (Rosslyn BID) is dedicated to making Rosslyn the best it can be. As we plan for the future, we are seeking guidance from the people who live and work here about how to make the most of our efforts.
This confidential web survey was designed to capture your views about your experience with life here in Rosslyn, and asked for your opinions about what needs to be improved.
Check back late this summer for the survey results.
Please see official contest rules for full details.
