Organization Documents

The Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) provides services to enhance, grow, and maintain the district through a public/private partnership with Arlington County (legally incorporated as the Rosslyn Business Improvement Corporation, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization). The BID's primary source of income is derived from property tax assessment revenue collected by Arlington County from property owners within its boundaries.
