About the Rosslyn BID
The Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) is a designated 17-block mixed-use, urban center in the heart of Arlington, Virginia. Funded by a special tax paid by property owners within the BID boundaries, the Rosslyn BID provides services to enhance, grow, and maintain the community through a public/private partnership with Arlington County.
The BID takes an active leadership role – serving as convener, community builder, and agent of positive change – to exceed expectations and connect the 20,000+ employees, 11,000+ residents and 1.2 million visitors who spend time in Rosslyn each year.
