Coach Vic is back with this series of eight workouts to kickstart your fitness journey and enjoy the outdoors this spring! Beginning on April 20, our popular fitness series will return to Gateway Park (1300 Lee Hwy) for four weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
An hour-long full body HIIT workout, Boot Camp with Coach Vic will have you burning calories and getting stronger using only your body weight for resistance (no equipment needed!). And with easy modifications available for each exercise, this workout is designed with all fitness levels in mind. Rosslyn’s Boot Camp is just $35 to participate in the entire series and you must pre-register to participate, so stay tuned to our social media channels (@RosslynVA) for reminders.
Please note that the Rosslyn BID is taking measures to help ensure the health and safety of Boot Camp participants, including assigned sections to reinforce physical distancing and a maximum capacity of 35 participants. There will be hand sanitizer available and this HIIT workout is designed to be effective without any equipment. Participants must also wear masks when not actively exercising in their designated space, sign a waiver and complete a questionnaire that will be emailed after you register.
