Kick start autumn with the Rosslyn BID's Fall Fitness Series that will be sure to rake in the reps and ramp up the tempo! 

Join us for the first class on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 1401 Wilson Blvd, featuring a full-body fitness class led by local health and fitness coach, Chaz Berry

Chaz will help participants release stress through mobility and stretching, build strength with simple, effective bodyweight movements, and boost energy with moderate conditioning. You'll not only leave this session feeling accomplished, but you'll also leave with practical habits you can carry into your day-to-day life! 

Tickets are just $5 per session. All are welcome but space is limited, so reserve your spot today
