Prologue Theatre, the area’s newest local theater company, will present the play "Grand Concourse" by Heidi Schreck.

The plot centers around Shelley, a nun who runs a Bronx soup kitchen. Working alongside Oscar, who handles all things maintenance and security, she serves nourishment to people in need—people like Frog, a frequent guest at the kitchen. But as Shelley struggles with her faith and Oscar struggles with his girlfriend, a new volunteer comes into the mix and these four lives intersect in ways that none of them saw coming.

Tickets are $30 for General Admission and $20 for Seniors/Students/Educators/Military and can be purchased online at prologuetheatre.org. Prologue audience members get $10 flat-rate parking at the Key Bridge Marriott and 15 percent off in the hotel restaurant (excluding alcohol).

The play runs for approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes with no intermission. It contains adult language and sexual situations and is not recommended for anyone under 16.
