Beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 22, Rosslyn's pet community is invited to enjoy local pet-themed vendors, speakers, a social media dog costume contest and giveaways! The full speaker lineup includes:
3pm | Welcome! / Mary Ann Elliot, Director of R-DOGS and Jane Rudolph, Director of Parks and Recreation at Arlington County
4pm | Information on Kennel Cough / Dr. Asia Campfield of Caring Hands Vet

Canine costumes are highly encouraged for the day of the event (owner costumes optional!). We're also hosting a special costume contest at the event, where our best dressed pup will take home special prizes. To enter, simply stop by the check-in table at the BID tent just outside of the dog park between 3-6 p.m. Full contest details below!

All guests (humans and dogs!) are then encouraged to head over to the other side of the park (Gateway Park East) for the final Rosslyn Cinema of the season, featuring a showing of "The Nightmare Before Christmas."
The bar and food trucks will open in Gateway Park East at 5 p.m., and the film will begin at sundown (around 7 p.m. in October). A reminder that all dogs must remain leashed when outside of the designated dog exercise area, and no food or drink is allowed inside the dog park.
