Join us on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at Bennett Park Art Atrium for a high intensity and high energy boxing inspired workout with Arlington's own BASH Boxing to get going in the new year with new moves!
BASH is the ultimate full-body group fitness experience, and they'll be on-site to deliver a 45-minute bodyweight workout where zero equipment and experience is necessary. If you have a workout mat you like to use, you are welcome to bring it! If not, no worries — all you need is your body and a smile!
The registration fee is $10 per person and will be limited to 20 people, so make sure you sign up now!
Registrants will also be entered to win a BOGO pass to try out BASH's gym right down the street!
