In this 8 week course, you'll learn how to lift weights to maximize your running goals! This program will help you:
-Increase your strength
-Reduce and prevent injuries
-Increase your running times

Taking place from August 20 - October 11, this program will guide you in strength training and provide the perfect taper for the Marine Corps Marathon (October 27). This course is meant to complement your running taper for your race.

Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6 PM and Saturday mornings at 10 AM. They will be one hour sessions and include a warm up, plyometric work, drills, strength training, footwork, a cooldown, and stretching.

The first session will be Wednesday, August 20 at 6 PM! If you can't make it for the entire 8 weeks, contact Training Ground about custom options!

1x/week: $199 - Pick either Wednesday or Saturday session each week through October 11
2x/week: $299 - Commit to both our Wednesday evening and Saturday morning sessions for this 8 week program.
