What do puppies and exercise have in common? They're both scientifically proven to relieve stress and boost your mood, and we've got both in store for you to enjoy at Zen in the City: Post Tax Day!

Put the stress of submitting taxes behind you and join us on Wednesday, April 19, at Central Place Plaza from 5-7 p.m. to unwind by participating in a fun-filled workout class and hanging out with some adoptable furry friends!

Shake off the tension from your day with a LES MILLS GRIT ™ Cardio class at 5:30 p.m. led by Gold’s Gym Rosslyn's Cason Kimura, DC Metro Regional GGX Manager! Space is limited for this outdoor class, so make sure you register below to secure your spot. This class is open to all ages and fitness levels, and one participant* will be drawn to win one month free at Gold's Gym!

Registration is $5 per person, and all proceeds will go to Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, an Arlington-based shelter whose goal is to find forever homes to dogs and cats.

Lucky Dog will be on the plaza with some animals in need of a new home, plus provide more information on adoption and foster options! Puppy visits are free and open to all, regardless of if you plan to join the workout.

Please note: You may participate in both the workout class and adoption portion of the event, but registration & donation is only required for the exercise portion.
