How to celebrate in Rosslyn
Celebrate with your community and enjoy a festive evening — all for free! Lunar New Year marks the beginning of the new year based on the lunar calendar. While often associated with China (Spring Festival), it’s also celebrated in Korea (Seollal), Vietnam (Tết), and Mongolia (Tsagaan Sar), each with unique traditions.
Grab your Rosslyn BID-themed fortune cookie early on Wednesday, Feb. 18 starting at 1 p.m. (while supplies last).
Food plays a symbolic role in these celebrations. Check out our guide to Rosslyn’s Asian restaurants to welcome the new year!
