Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) recently recognized several Rosslyn employers, residential buildings, hotels and commercial properties at their 2018 Breakfast of Champions. What's a Champion, you ask? It's a neighborhood entity that has demonstrated a commitment to providing sustainable transportation programs to their employees, tenants, and guests—ultimately contributing to a reduction in traffic congestion.

Whether you're an employer, residence or other entity, the expertise of ATP is available to help you implement environmentally friendly transportation policies and programs. These programs are good for employee and resident retention. Plus, they save money and promote good health. For instance, if you're an employer, you can encourage employee wellness by subsidizing Capital Bikeshare memberships for your staff. If you're a multi-family residential building, you can provide residents and on-site employees with subsidized bus service and/or shuttle service to transit. Being an ATP Champion is also good for your reputation as it showcases you as an industry leader who is having a positive impact on the environment and your community.
