Sfoglina (pronounced "sfoal-yee-nah") is a Fabio Trabocchi Restaurant and is named for the female artisans and Italian cultural icons who carry on the tradition of rolling sheets of pasta by hand with a rolling pin, a technique passed through the generations. 

Sfoglina serves delicious handmade pastas, small plates and a few meat and seafood entrees. View menus here. 

The Rosslyn location features custom, hand-blown chandeliers from Vidrios Gordiola, artisan hand-stamped textiles by Stamperia Marchi, and custom tables by furniture maker Wayne Leid. The interior is a mix of vintage and modern elements. It seats 130 indoors and has bar dining seats where guests can watch fresh pastas being handmade daily.
