Rosslyn BID Signs Leases at The Towers and 1101 Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, Virginia

Rosslyn, VA, May 13, 2026 - The Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) has signed leases totaling approximately 7,263 square feet at 1100 and 1101 Wilson Boulevard, relocating its offices within Rosslyn.

The BID will occupy 4,363 square feet of office space at 1100 Wilson Boulevard and an additional 2,900 square feet at 1101 Wilson Boulevard to support its operations team.

BID’s current office location at 1911 and 1901 N. Fort Myer Drive is being redeveloped by its owner as a residential property, contributing to Rosslyn’s continued residential growth.

The new office at 1100 Wilson Boulevard will serve as the BID’s professional headquarters, while the 1101 Wilson Boulevard space will consolidate Ambassador operations and storage into a single location designed to strengthen service delivery while improving efficiency and day‑to‑day coordination. The BID’s Ambassador program is a long-standing initiative that enhances safety, cleanliness, and hospitality throughout the Rosslyn neighborhood in Arlington with a community-focused approach.

“As an organization focused on supporting and shaping Rosslyn, it was important that our offices remained in the heart of the community we serve,” said Mary‑Claire Burick. “The relocation process reinforced for us why Rosslyn continues to work so well for office tenants and the broader community — offering a central location, neighborhood amenities, and the incredible views Rosslyn is known for.”

The BID was represented by Wendy Feldman Block of Savills, who guided the organization through a relocation that required two distinct types of space, helping to identify solutions that could be tailored to meet each need.

The properties were acquired in December 2024 by a joint venture comprised of an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners and Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) as part of a larger portfolio of commercial office buildings in Rosslyn’s The Towers and 1101 Wilson Boulevard. The portfolio will benefit from a substantial capital plan, including updated amenities, enhanced common areas, and flexible office environments.

“We’re pleased to welcome the BID headquarters to The Towers,” said Heena S. Feeney, a Vice President at Beacon Capital Partners. “The BID plays a critical role in the community and neighborhood, and we’re proud to support their work from one of Rosslyn’s most recognizable properties.”

The Rosslyn BID expects to complete the relocation in May 2026.
