Join Friends of the Mount Vernon Trail and Walk Arlington for a casual paced 5 mile walk to visit two of our favorite tulip patches on and near the Mount Vernon Trail. The group will stop at both sites with time to take pictures. Stops include the Navy and Marine Memorial and the Netherlands Carillon.
The walk will begin at Compass Coffee in Rosslyn and end at the Netherlands Carillon, where there will be a Tulip Festival featuring a carillon concert and activities with NPS .
Ticket proceeds support our work to improve the Mount Vernon Trail. Due to high interest, registration will be limited. Please register to confirm attendance.
Please note that this is the Tulip WALK, there is a separate registration for the Tulip BIKE RIDE which is going to start at the same time and location.
