Start your new year off with a new view on health and wellness! Bring your lunch and sit down for a virtual conversation with local mental health nonprofit, Rock Recovery, that will focus on mindful living — eating, exercising, avoiding diet culture in the new year and prioritizing self care.
Join us on Tuesday, January 25th at 12:00 p.m. Over lunch, we'll chat about finding lifestyle balance, building healthy relationships with food and exercise, and feeling healthy and confident at any size.
Our Rock Recovery experts, Christie and Kristyn, will help us to see the value in caring for your physical and mental well-being, and will offer expert self-care tips and strategies.
During this discussion, you'll also learn about Rock Recovery, and the essential work they do to bridge gaps in resources for those who struggle with eating disorders and body image, and how they care for our community.
