Verve Fitness is providing free group fitness classes for furloughed government employees during the government shutdown. Class sizes are limited to 15 people, so register through the link below to reserve your spot for the following classes:
- Monday through Friday at 12 p.m. — Verve WOD (Workout of the Day)
- Saturdays at 10 a.m. — Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning)
