Amuse offers simple yet elegant cuisine served on its magnificent, 4,800 square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the Potomac River. The restaurant’s skyline view of Washington, D.C., makes it a popular happy hour spot. An elevator at street level enables diners to access the restaurant without having to enter through the hotel.
Inspired by Italian home cooking, the menu features a variety of pizzas and pastas, a roasted half chicken, saffron seafood risotto and a rib eye steak. Seasonal ingredients factor prominently.
Amuse also has a semi-private dining room that can be reserved for groups of 12 to 24.
