With an industrial chic vibe, our fully equipped facility has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
In addition to our indoor facility and weather permitting, we have access to a large outdoor area with a lush, pedestrian-only space with vistas of national monuments, where we can run and train in an open-air, park-like setting.
Our supremely convenient location is a couple blocks away from the Rosslyn Metro station, and for those who drive parking validation is offered for most class times making it convenient to squeeze in your W.O.D. before or after work. We also have showers and towel service so that you can sweat, suit up and continue with your day.
