Rosslyn BID and Arlington Arts Announce Lineup for Rosslyn Jazz Fest 2026
Arlington's Largest Free Outdoor Music Festival Returns with a Dynamic Lineup of Latin Jazz, Americana, Funk and Global Sounds

ROSSLYN, VA (July 15, 2026) — The Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Arlington Arts, is excited to announce the lineup for the 2026 Rosslyn Jazz Fest, taking place on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 1–7 p.m. at Gateway Park (1300 Langston Blvd., Arlington, VA).
Headlining this year's festival is Plena Libre, one of Puerto Rico's most celebrated musical groups and a driving force in the evolution of contemporary plena and bomba music. For more than three decades, the internationally acclaimed ensemble has captivated audiences with its vibrant rhythms, masterful musicianship, and infectious energy, earning recognition as one of the foremost ambassadors of Puerto Rican music around the world.
Joining Plena Libre is a standout slate of performers, including:
- Sally Baby's Silver Dollars – A New Orleans-inspired ensemble blending jazz, blues and vintage swing with joyful energy and timeless style.
- Parlor Greens – An acclaimed instrumental trio delivering a bold mix of soul jazz, funk and groove-driven improvisation.
- Dogo du Togo & The Alagaa Beat Band – A local collective of top Togolese musicians blending psychedelic rock and afrobeat into a genre-defying sound called the “Alagaa Beat”.
Back by popular demand, Tommy McFly, a beloved local media personality, will return as emcee, bringing his signature charm and energy to guide festival goers through a day of world-class performances.
“Rosslyn Jazz Fest is more than just your average neighborhood music festival — it's a celebration of culture, creativity and community," said Mary-Claire Burick, president of the Rosslyn BID. “We're excited to welcome people from the across the DMV and beyond for an unforgettable afternoon of lively performances, lots of dancing, and fun activities for all ages, that is the energy we love to bring to Rosslyn.”
