  • Help coordinate targeted e-blasts and segmented email campaigns for stakeholders and partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience data to guide decision-making and recommend refinements to increase engagement and impact.

Brand & Creative

  • Monitor and report on website analytics and search engine performance (SEO), recommending improvements to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including offering feedback on content development, timelines, and creative execution.

Cross-Team Collaboration and Communications

  • Work closely with the Events Coordinator to support event marketing, promotions, and integrated activation plans.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and collaborate with external partners, stakeholders, vendors, and internal clients to support marketing and communications efforts, including reports, presentations, emails, and other collateral needs that serve the broader neighborhood and community, delivering strong customer service and representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content management, or related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with foundational knowledge of AP Style.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive with strong time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
  • Service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite; experience designing slide decks or presentations.
  • Experience with website management platforms and familiarity with analytics and SEO best practices preferred.
  • Comfortable adapting quickly to evolving priorities and community needs.
