Address: 1700 Clarendon Boulevard

Architect: Architecture Incorporated (Architect of Record)
Heights: 5 stories
Residential Units: 117
Construction Start: 2011
Completion Date: 2013

Luxury condominium units of one- and two-bedrooms are being constructed in three connected four-story buildings that resemble townhouses. Floor plans range from 1,100 to 1,900 square feet. Each unit will have its own generous outdoor space, double-height ceilings of 19 feet, and private elevators. Exterior spaces will be lit, true to its name, by warm and welcoming gas lights.

Covering the full city block, Gaslight Square is being constructed in phases. The first phase will line Clarendon Boulevard between Queen and Quinn Streets and is expected to deliver in autumn 2012. The block is adjacent, and similar in scale to a 2007 Abdo residential development, the Wooster and Mercer Lofts.
