Family Circuit - Gold's Gym

The whole family can get in on this workout from Gold's Gym! Start with a warm-up and see how many of each exercise you can do in one-minute: squats, inchworms, push-ups, good mornings and jumping jacks. Then, head through 3 circuit stations – strength, cardio and agility. Finally, finish strong and see who has the strongest core with a stability workout.
