Rosslyn BID Hosts Annual Rosslyn City Social Virtually to Celebrate the Neighborhood's Bright Future
Join the Rosslyn BID for a free virtual celebration of the people and places that make Rosslyn a wonderful place to live, work, eat and visit!
WHAT: Tune-in to Rosslyn City Social for an evening of networking, expert discussions, giveaways and a sneak peek of the exciting developments that are expanding Rosslyn’s iconic skyline on Thursday, May 13 at 5 p.m.! Through a reimagined virtual format, Rosslyn’s annual celebration will offer an exclusive preview of new housing and community amenities and highlight local businesses with restaurant giveaways throughout the evening. Rosslyn City Social will also feature discussions with executives from a slew of Rosslyn’s corporate giants, including Microsoft, Nestle, UVA Darden and Grant Thornton. The panel, hosted by Alex Orfinger, Publisher of the Washington Business Journal, will cover topics like the return to the physical office space and the future of work in Rosslyn and beyond.
Over the course of the last year, the Rosslyn BID has emphasized its role as a community convenor to curate opportunities for Rosslyn’s people and businesses to connect and support each other through the pandemic. With the success of other virtual events, including Rosslyn Rivals trivia nights and the Rosslyn Rossolutions wellness series, the Rosslyn BID decided to make this year’s annual celebration completely virtual.
