Executive Chat on COVID-19

A Conversation with Deloitte, Graham Holdings, LiveSafe and POLITICO

At the beginning of this pandemic, while our own office was adjusting to the new normal, BID President Mary-Claire Burick hosted a conversation, on Zoom, with leading female executives on how their own companies were adapting. Taking the office home involves more than just an internet connection. How do you keep your employees engaged in their work? And, while they're physically apart, how do you make sure that employees feel like their still part of their office community? We've posted their conversation into videos linked below, and hope you find some inspiration in them!
