Having a hard time keeping your resolve with those resolutions you just set? Let us help you stay on track to make sure 2021 is the year you follow through on all of your resolutions, or, as we like to call them, Rossolutions!
Join the Rosslyn BID for a series of free virtual workshops to kickstart 2021 with inclusive wellness — physical, mental and social. Beginning in January, we’ll give you a chance to connect with local health and wellness gurus who can help guide and focus your goals for the new year.
As a bonus, participants that join us for multiple events will be eligible for the chance to win Rosslyn-themed gift baskets! Attend two virtual activities, you'll be entered to win a basket valued at $50, attend three and you'll be entered to win a basket worth over $70. And for the grand prize, if you attend four you will be entered to win a basket valued at over $200!

A Fit-Focused New Year with Anytime Fitness

Don’t let your fitness resolutions fall by the wayside this year! Join personal trainer Peter O’Shanick of Rosslyn’s Anytime Fitness for a live 30-minute virtual exercise session, where you’ll learn exercises you can do from home or wherever you prefer to feel the burn! Participants will also be entered into a raffle for the chance to win one free month (including two full training sessions) at Rosslyn’s Anytime Fitness.
Stay tuned for two additional recorded workout activities to try outside or in around the neighborhood throughout the week, which will be made available through the Rosslyn BID’s social media and eblast channels.

Find the balance between physical and mental health with a cooking demonstration. This demo will focus on nutrition while teaching participants to take a wholistic approach in self-care, helping you give your body the tools it needs need to thrive in the new year. Registration link coming soon!
All You Need is LOVE & a Cocktail!
Wednesday, February 10 at 6:00 p.m.
This week of love will include an outdoor popup, a virtual cocktail demonstration with local speakeasy, Salt, with the opportunity to make three of their signature cocktails from home! Register by Friday, February 5 at 11:30 p.m. to make sure you have plenty of time to pickup your cocktail-making supply kit.
Note that registration for this event is free, but participants must purchase the kit in advance to follow along with the bartender. Check out all the delicious, fun cocktails we'll be demonstrating via a pre-recorded video here.
Beat the Burnout with Dr. Vora

Whether you’re at home or in the office, avoiding work burnout is critical to overall wellbeing, regardless of the workspace. With this webinar, you joined the Rosslyn BID as we learned to foster a positive work-life balance with board-certified psychiatrist, acupuncturist, and yoga teacher, Dr. Ellen Vora.
Together with Dr. Vora, we learned actionable strategies to boost your day-to-day energy and productivity, identified the challenges of your specific work environment, and worked through them. You even practiced these strategies with a few interactive exercises along the way.
