For just $85 + tax and tip, you and your companion can enjoy a mouth-watering, bone-in ribeye for two from Chef Mike Cordero's kitchen. A small, intimate space (see photo below), Bistro 360 also has an interesting market where you can have fun browsing their selection of fine wines and unique packaged foods with flavors from all over the world. This year, they're offering a four-course Valentine's Day dinner for $65 per person + tax and tip. Chef Travis's menu includes lobster and ginger spring rolls, a poached pear salad, smoked duck breast, scallops gratin and an oven-roasted root vegetable medley over truffle risotto. When Central Coffee Co-owner Mehmet Coskun opened his coffee shop late last year, he wanted to create a vibe similar to Central Perk on the T.V. show "Friends." We think he's definitely achieved that! Central Coffee is a large open space with a wide variety of comfortable seating: There are soft, cushy chairs around a fireplace and intimate nooks where you and a friend or two can gather to catch up. On Valentine's Day, Central Coffee is offering 30 percent off their happy hour deals when you show this promo from the Rosslyn BID's Instagram. They now serve beer, wine and charcuterie, as well as their amazing coffee from Ceremony Coffee in Annapolis.

cityhouse is a wonderful option for a romantic dinner for two on Valentine's day. Its intimate atmosphere and delicious foods guarantee a wonderful evening. This Valentine's day they are featuring a special menu for $125 and live piano music during dinner. Start your four-course meal with local Whitestone oysters or creamy lobster bisque featuring hand-crafted flavors from Chef George Fassiadis. "We've developed a menu that features classic dishes with a modern twist," he said. "We always try to incorporate local ingredients."

A comfortable space offering delicious, fresh seafood and other fare, Heavy Seas Alehouse is partnering with Eat. Yoga.Drink. on February 13 from 7-9 p.m. to host Yoga! Beer! Love! Grab a matey, or come by your lovely selffor an hour-long Vinyasa flow. Afterwards, you'll coast into the tasting area for a delicious craft beverage--your choice of Heavy Seas beer, a house glass of wine, or a nonalcoholic beverage. Like Barley Mac, Kona Grill is a large, lively spot with a modern interior, comfortable booths and lots of space for friends and couples alike. Their indoor-outdoor bar area makes it a popular spot in the summertime. February 13-15, Kona is offering a special Valentine's Day menu that includes tuna wonton crisps, lemongrass-crusted snapper and a special Valentine's filet. View their complete menu here. This place serves amazing, classic Italian dishes, including unique, wood-fired pizzas, pasta and salads, that almost anyone would enjoy. The atmosphere is lively and artsy. For Valentine's Day, they'll be bringing you '80s and '90s love songs and serving all guests 21+ a complimentary glass of Sgroppino after their meal, red roses for all ladies and a special dessert called Valentine's Dolce Compagnia for $3.95.

Offering European-inspired fare and one of the largest selections of Irish whiskey in Arlington and the D.C. region, Quinn's on the Corner is a vibrant neighborhood pub in upper Rosslyn that's popular with the locals. This place has a fun, festive vibe, and has become a favorite destination for brunch, trivia and weekend football viewing. From 5-10 p.m. on Valentine's Day, Quinn's is serving up delicious, warm, buttery lobster! Enjoy a whole 2 lb. lobster and chocolate-covered strawberries for $30. This is a great night out for couples or groups of friends. Owner Reese Gardner, a proud Penn State grad, also owns the well-regarded Copperwood Tavern in Shirlington.
